Got my throttle body, connectors for the EWP harness, and ordered my TurboXS catback.

I made the EWP harness, and hooked up my oil pressure gauge and started working on some of the wiring.

I need to get the mounts installed, brakes installed and downpipe mounted.

I have my GMPP rotors being turned and ordered some SSSC OEM pads (the good ferrodo ones)

I really need to figure the best way to drill the holes for my EWP bracket

yeah ive been making the hoses.

best thing I can suggest is to use a bench vise, and buy the AN vise insert from Jegs

This, it's def not that difficult. A vise def makes things easier, but it can be done by hand no problem. Granted I haven't made any with PTFE lining though.

Damn love the color of your engine bay man. The silver/red really goes well together. Getting closer I see. A bit jealous of your tensioner tool btw.

You think that fogger will be okay there? Seems awfully close to the #4 runner to get a decent distribution. I would personally move it further upstream, but I know that's difficult with the charge pipes already powdercoated

same location I had with the TVS. The manifold will pressurize either way.

On the tvs I'm going to assume it was pre blower though

The issue is that even though the n2o may "fill" the manifold and distribute equally, the fuel may not along with it. This is how I blew my engine. The wideband was reading solid afrs, but the fuel was favoring 2 cyl. Two cyl were very rich, and 2 were very lean (and grenaded).

I'm not telling you what to do, just trying to help. The way you have it setup now doesn't seem like you will have proper atomization/mixing/distribution through the bank I would personally spray further upstream rather than blast n2o and fuel directly into the manifold and hope it works out

no I understand your logic, my thought was on manifold design... on a saab, plastic LE5 or LNF manifold, the middle 2 cylinders will certainly get more flow. on an LSJ laminova manifold, It wouldn't matter due to the U-turn.

now as far as a log runner tapered port design im not sure. I could always model it at work and see. perks of being a real engineer

damn its like 2 steps forward, 1 back.

nitrous fittings worked like a champ, messed up a fuel fitting on the retrun that I need to redo. got my hoses for the EWP last night, just need the couplers for them from home depot.

I plan to get all this done this week with hopes of having everything installed this weekend.
