Just got GMPP performance exhaust installed.It sounds awesome, glad i didnt spend the extra on corsa lol. Anyways is it normal for it to smell pretty bad, an also has some black smoke comin out of it?

yep, normal, should go away. Corsa isnt GMPP though, if u got GMPP its borla, and if its corsa it isnt GMPP!! Just thought i'd let uy know!

 

i would say the black smoke and smell will last about 200 miles

 

He said he was glad he didn't spend the extra money on the Corsa. He knows he got the GMPP!

it will smell funny and burn smoke for a while... just the oils and whatnot burning off... should go away after a while

 

a funny but related story.When I first got my catback it smelled for a few days,then went away,on the way to work a work a week later, I thought the smell came back but it ended up being my passangers ass,I almost kicked his ass out the door,I had to ask him if he had been eating sulfer for dinner
