Knock sensor?

Ok, so i did a search and came up blank...
I would like to verify... are our cars equipped with a 'standard type' GM knock sensor?
If so, where is the mounting location on the engine?

nevermind... i found a list a part number for the sensor...
i assume the 2007 is the same as the 2006... if not, it still gives me a place to start my project!
