I bet, and others have said the car wont run without it, idk were out of leads so trying anything now.
And yes, you are absolutely right, i took it out to save weight, it was 2 lbs of dead mass as far as i was concerned. Laugh all you want; ill be waiting by the finish line in my 2878 lb cobalt while you trail behind in your 2880 lb cobalt.

Oh yeah scratch that stageds car is probably around 3000.
Im just guessing; i removed around 130 lbs of weight over the winter haha. But i guess 128 now

Wow thats nice, mine was 3000 on the scale without me last time i checked, stock with FMHE and a half tank thats about it iirc

Yes. And wish i didnt because a) im losing structural rigidity with it, b) it orobably adds another 70 lbs wit. The glass, surrounding support and motor and wiring, and c) its topheavy weight. Lol.

Wish i could tell ya. Hes troubleshooting all the electricals. Fuse box and ECM check out OK
Same here with the weight goals id love to see sub 3k with me in it and gas.
