They were supposed to try a brand new ecm on saturday and call me

Well they were supposed to have an answer early past week on if they should try a new ecm. After 5 calls they said tes they did. Then i wanted to know if i would be paying if it didnt work. 3 days later they said no so i said okay go and order it. They get it early friday, i had to go see the technician on saturday to tell him to try it out. He said he would in half an hour and call me. Well here we are monday with no call.

I just called them and they conveniantly said ' they are putting it in right now!'

So lets hope. I dont think its gonna work but what the f ever. Lol

 

good god. I hope gets solved quickly. apart from the time,....the hole in your wallet???

 

Blows my mind no one can figure this out. I thought the other shop you had it at tried a different ECM?

We sure did and reprogrammed his old ecu for shots and giggles. None of it worked. Even told the dealer to not waste their time putting an ecm in

 

Yep i told them too and the guys is pretty sure because there is a voltage drop or lack of fuel at the rail. I mean it hold 58 psi but like the injectors arent showing to be flowing what they need to. He says its electrical but the harness checks out fine and this is on the new injectors.

 

Not nearly as bad as you would think but still probly around 3k or so as of now plus tows
