As for the shop being offended: that's a 2 way street. A shop as good as them should be familiar with injector scaling. This is common over many platforms. Saying we can't run 80's is bogus.
Then to have their tuner talking crap about my base file? That's crap. There is a big difference between an sd car and one that is heavily maf based. The ONLY thing that I slipped up on, and explained to you, was the idle throttle control. That is something I fine tune for each car, and in our hurry I forgot to open those up wider for you. The guy was saying something about it having way too much fuel and the PCM not knowing what to do with it. Yet when I asked what your ltft was, it was -2.3%! That is very good!
So if he/they want to get offended by what I/we say, they need to take a look at their own attitude.

Long terms within 5% are great....... Only way anyone should be **** talking tunes is if the tune is absolutely horrid. So is a good shop they shouldn't be worried about people on here..... There's only a handful on here that actually have a clue. With as good as their rep is then why are they worrying about one cobalt forum. They won't be getting into this platform as there's no money in this anymore. Their products aren't cheap enough for this market anyways and I don't mean that in a bad way.
