DAMMIT!!
i got an evap canister, not the part i need. i guess what i actually need is the whole pump. tom can't get the pump until tomorrow atleast, provided i can actually order one from him today. soo i'm hoping to god that i can somehow get out of work tomorrow, get my car, go all the way to CED to pick up the pump, and then go all the way back down and over to allens on a car that will still be pushing 90 lbs of fuel pressure.
unless the shop changes the filter for me and my problems are all magically solved
which i somehow doubt...

drop the tank and take the regulator apart and see what is wrong with it ffs its just a spring and ball free it up put it back together and check it and 90lbs fuel press is not going to hurt it as long as its tuned for it

Well provided the parts get there the guys will install them and i should be able to pick her up at 400 with alans tune flashed on it. And then hed over to his place.

Have we learned a valuable lesson here, folks?
Perhaps... Take your car to someone that knows these cars.... and not to someone that is a good tuner for another platform....
I'd rather take my car to someone that is great at one thing (ecotecs) than someone that may be great at LS's and decent at ECotecs.

my predicament is not the tuners fault if i'd have let him he would have tuned it fine and lets say i brought it so alan in the first place well i would have got there and we'd have found out we couldnt' tune it just the same because i'd still need the fueling parts so either way i'm boned because of the car, nothing to do with the tuner
oh and the guy did offer to complete the tune for a lot cheaper last night, but at this point i'd just rather have alan do it because a) he's a boss b) yall n****'s all gon' be there, c) set a record hopefully for sure and d) i gotta go there anyway
Oh and my trucks brakes are cooked so cant take my truck there now
