leaning out the stage 2 tune
^ Splitting hairs here. A better way to say this would be that swapping pullies does not change your commanded AFR one bit. your actual AFR might change if you overdirve the injectors = stupid way to "lean out" your AFR...period.
I heard about the GM pig rich tune. My suggestion, assemble the stage 2 on your own, install it yourself, and get a custom tune. You don't get the GM warranty but it costs a bit less then having it installed by the stealership and you get a better tune.

swapping to a smaller pulley may affect your air fuel if and only if your injectors go static at high rpm if your injectors dont go static nothing changes there! the only way to change your air fueel is with a tune.
