Ok since almost everyone is kind of confussed...this is straight out of the GM Performance Book:

LSJ Rods - (less than 300 HP only)
LSJ Pistons - (less than 300 HP only)

LSJ Rods are made out of high quality forged steel

In the 400-600 HP range, they recommend upgrading your valvetrain

NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! The LSJ rods are good for WELL over 300hp!!!

Pistons = 300??? (i'm at 330 now so we will see)
Rods = 500+
Crank = 700+
Block = 700+
Fuel system = 400??
Cams = 400
Valvtrain = 6800 rpm continuous ( haven't determined the timeline) I have hit 7600 for a split second though!
Cylinderheads = (thats my secret! Got to keep an edge over the competition some where!)
Intercooler = Depends on MANY variables to nail down a number!
Tranny = not sure
Axles = 1.90+ 60's and less then 2500rpm launch, Broke stock ones already, testing new HD ones now

My souce can not be divulged but it is reliable

LOL I never said I believe those numbers or think they are accurate...Im the last one to believe GMs limitations on parts. I was just typing what the booklet says. Fact is there is no real limit on any of these parts...some may go earlier than others...some might not go at all.
