Low Coolant???
Im not sure how this would happen on such a low milage car. When I get in the car in the morning to leave for work the Low Coolant message comes on in the Information screen. I know I dont have any leaks coming from outside of the engine. Now if I have a head gasket problem the performance would suffer right?
The other thing that I think it could be is a trapped air bubble in the coolant system. Which one it is I dont know. I guess Ill have to take it to the dealership and have it looked at under warrenty.

i got this message starting at 9k. gm refused to pull off the head to check the head gasket. I've got 45k pretty hard(30-40 drag passes and a few auto xs) miles with no problems, but there is def a small leak somewhere because i have to put in a pink or so of coolant every 5k.

Mine was low at about 2K miles and i was worried , filled it back to the full line and marked it with a permanent marker . 2 years and 20K miles later its still on the mark. It must have had an air bubble in it from the factory.

I just got to 12k, and I always park my car on a flat surface, whether I'm at home or at work, and I've been getting that damn light for the past three days now. I know I'm not low on coolant, and there can't possibly be an air bubble since I've never cracked it open. WTF??

I had this same issue, STILL in the middle of getting it fixed. First fix was a new head gasket, that really didnt do anything. While they had the head off, they CLAIMED to have the head checked at a machine shop. A month later I'm back at the dealership for the same issue, magically disappearing coolant.. This time they're replaced the head. (Took two weeks and they barely got the car back together) I'm hoping this will do the trick, as bringing my car to any dealer in upstate NY is like russian roulette.
