lsj running bad on a cold start

Ok so here is the issue. I bought an ss/sc that a kid blew up and i threw a motor in there to make a quick buck. The car runs awesome once it is up to about 130 degree coolant temp. The car also runs fine when it has been run and then shutdown and restarted. But the initial cold start the idle surges and sometimes dies. If you hit the gas it bogs and stutters and then will eventually rev after about 2-3 seconds. Ive cleaned the throttle body and seafoamed the car. The car is on a stock tune and is bone stock besides just an injen intake on it. Im assuming its the throttle body(pretty sure the iac is built into the tb on cobalts) but i dont want to go out and buy a tb and waste money when it could be a more simple fix.

only code i have seen is P0603 which i was starting it without a battery and just a booster pack and the code is for like pcm memory loss, but since ive put a battery in it the code has not come back on. And yes the clicking sound from the throw out bearing is gone haha.

thanks for any help and here is a video of it running shitty.

if it does have all those problems at iddle and specially on initial starts its most likely the tb as you alright figured. ive had those same problems before and it was the tb all along...
