Didn't have those codes with mine. Did have problems until I ported the head. Stock ported TB helps. Most issues I dealt with were with heat. You can tune without the maf for less issues. Once you got it tuned on gas definitely switch to e85 or e100 for cooling purposes. I have been running my 1.2L for years now. Try swithching back to the m-62 to fix the codes then back to the TS.

good news is im getting a completely free hhr that was wrecked in the front from my drunk manager... so that should be a good chunk of change to part out... so it looks like the head work is going to practically free plus some

haha for the most part its done... i gotta finish up this custom bolt for the oil pressure gauge then its cake on the gasket maker to stop the idel from being off.... i think thats what i did wrong the second time i put all the parts from the intake to the supercharger... i only used gasket maker on one side of the cardboard gasket and the first time i had it on both

update running ready to tune as soon as i get new seals in the coolant transfer pipe which is leaking like hell and shifter cable clamp that needs replaced so i can have this bitch tuned enough to drive to supernats at least

Lol there is no chance in hell it's a straight pull I got the water pump side 95% out I can fit a finger in that end but it won't budge
It didn't ever really seal itself up with the o ring I think it was turned the wrong way causing it to leak but I have the seals so might as well replace them
