i cleaned the TB the other day like that idle cure thread suggested and it cleared the idle up for a few days but now it does it again, except this time it actually died at a stoplight on my way home from work, got home and pulled into the driveway and i got out to check my mailbox, pulled up the drive and the CEL came on and the car was pluttering so i shut it off and let it sit for a few then pulled it into the garage. i talked to the previous owner ad he said it does that sometimes and the CEL code is something about MAF performance, he said once they reset the code its fine. i was going to take the car to autozone to check the code, and then when i revved the car a few times the code went away.


Anyone know something else i could try to fix this idle deal? The guy I got the car from said he cleaned the maf once and it messes up the tune.
