aluminized exhaust isnt so bad for the price. if the welds are coated with zinc weld through primer you wont have nearly the issues with rust. the exhaust i built for my old cavalier was aluminized, and in 5 years there wasnt any rust on the pipes, just the clamps and hangers (they wernt coated or stainless), but not near the point of breaking. stainless is obviously better, but for the price difference, aluminized will provide quite a few years of service without issues.
