The making of another turbo LSJ.

Hey everyone, i am about to pick up all this for 2200, all i need is an intake manifold and ill be good to go. So i shall be joining the LSJ-T club at some point in the near future.

ZZP T3 turbo mani with 38mm ext waste gate
Bullseye S256 60 trim turbo with .55 a/r & .70 a/r for quick spool or massive top end im incl both!
Hahn 600hp air to air intercooler
Hahn turbo piping kit
50mm Bov
Oil feed & return line i have the hahn no drill or the set up for a tapped pan incl both
Hahn 3" O2 housing w extra bung for wideband a/f ratio sensor
Hanh 3" catless down pipe
T-bolt clamps all around

I plan on using the .55 a/r and running about 22psi with meth injection. If anyone knows of anything else ill need or anything please post it up. Ive had the supercharged cobalt for 2 years now. Currently on a 2.6 with meth. I haven't played with anything turbo before so i have some learning to do.

Not yet, going to do a compression check and if everything passes i am going to install everything the way it is. Just going to hold off on running alot of boost until i can at least get a new set of pistons into it.

Good man..
Do a leak down test Also
And u should think about going e85. It easier on ur engine if tuned correctly.

agreed with going with the .55ar. Just so you know, the s256 is a 50 trim even though trim size is a horrible description of turbo size

It was listed as 60 trim by the guy I'm getting it from. I just copied and pasted what he said was included. I haven't been able to find alot about that turbo on here. Most people seem to be running the s252et or 256et. Pretty sure this is just the s256 non extended tip.

So if my math is right. It's a 50 trim, good to know. Anyone know what the spool is gonna be like on this thing.

Everyone i know after they went on e they saw a 300-500 rpm drop in there spool time.
My brothers srt4 has a EGT post turbo and he sees 1100* @ idle and up to 1700* @ the end of a 1/4 mile pull.
And he's on e85.

I think the difference would be from the amount of fuel burned on each compression cycle..

Back to the turbo build..

Yeah but we can cram timing into it during spool. I gained 400rpm after the switch
