Manifold to downpipe bolts

Question. I stripped out one of the female threads that holds the downpipe to the manifold. So instead of using a stud bolt I will have to get a regular hex bolt to replace it.

Can I go to my local hardware store and buy some bolts or do I need to get some that can handle high heat? I emailed ZZP to find out if they reuse the stock manifold bolts or if they provide new ones with their shorty header. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure about the high heat requirement. However, I know that for automotive applications, Grade 8 bolts are recommended.

Thanks.

I still cant believe that the manifold cast threads would strip before the threads on the stud bolt.
