you dont need progressive with a SC set-up. boost comes on too fast.

yeah its whatever though, doesnt that mean that like if i'm crusing and only hitting a few pounds that its only spraying so much though? because thats what i thought it was, which seems nice, keep getting power and keeping iats down some while not using too much juice

yeah you set a starting psi...say 5 psi and it will spray at 50% percent or so. then you set the full spray psi...maybe 10 psi. then it ramps up the power from 50%-100% between 5 and 10 psi

ah so it is 50-100% ok. i really was not sure of that at all, i could find like no information on the system

so yeah in my opinion then, progressive is still good to have for that reason, because dude, meth goes quick! i got it set at 3-10 psi and i go through around a gallon a week

Nice custom setup. Looks clean and hidden. Quick question if I use wwf as my mixture say its 40/60 would I need a retune on the car?

04 redline, 50lb inj, 2.7" pulley, zzp s3 h/e, phenolic spacer. Would think of running a 5gph nozzle and run it right off my wwf tank

staright wwf is around 30% meth or so. you could run with no tune but to get the most out of it you will need to tune for it

Ok sounds good just want to get a little more cooling before my trip with the redline down the ocean city. I want to get a tune before that but not sure if it will happen or not still sitting in Kuwait right now waiting to go home in july.

to the OP, did you ever get a dyno or anything to show a before and after gain? butt dyno's are amusing but useless

honestly Im not exactly a fan of the set up itself but the thinking outside the box, actually designing it and implementing is pretty cool. mad props for that!

Also, what did you do for a failsafe? any indicator for when your fluid is low or when your pump fails so you dont go WOT while leaned out? I have the Devils Own kit as well (non-progressive controller will be set at 9 or 10psi) with the level sensor and im runing another light for my dash when the pump fails as well as when the fluid is low. also, a check valve right before the nozzle. but i have yet to install it. you have any before and after track times?

well my car has never seen a dyno, so even if i dynoed now it wouldnt show the gain i made.

the car does pull harder though according to my butt. the iat's are really the benefit, allowing to bump up the timing some. then again we set it pretty conservatively. so safe infact that if i go WOT and there's no meth my motor shouldn't pop right away. and by and large i have ran out once or twice and done exactly that to no blown motor yet.

there is no failsafe or level detector; i simply need to remember to check the tank and fill every few days. i could have ran a level thing and still could i'm just too lazy currently.

the meth controller shows when the pump is on, spraying and spraying full. i ASSUME it's not only showing the lights because its getting the vacuum.

If i am out and leaning out i would know because of my afr gauge.

My track time's are all garbage i ran a 14.2 bone stock, and a 13.9 with all of my current mods + a 2step, no lift shift and slicks. sooo yea. but i can hang with some high 12's cars from rolls on the street so this car is a great street car just not a good track car.
