what would about a 5 to 10 shot of nitrous into the intake do to my iats? The reason i ask is because i already have a nitrous kit on my firebird but i could put it on my cobalt, not looking for real gains with the nitrous, just net colder iats...

uhh, bump...

you MIGHT see lower IATs, I have a question for you though...

where are you going to find jets for a 5-10hp shot of nitrous?

I think they have as low as a 35 shot. Think you will have some probs finding a way to only use a 5-10-15 shot.

Using the nitrous to spray on the heat exchanger would be a better option, like with the intercooler spray bars. I don't know if anyone has done it yet, but I could see it lowering IATs.

i remember reading on a post somewhere that putting nitrous into our cars BEFORE the supercharger was a bad thing cuz supposedly it eats up the teflon coating on the supercharger blades, causing them to mess up... but as far as adding a 5-10 shot, i honeslty dont think it would make too much of a diff.
