Is there anyone near College Station, TX that can help me out with a relearn? I installed OTTP's stage 1 kit and after a month, engine light comes on and the codes read, missfire, needs crank case relearn. im willing to drive a little bit. I appreciate all the help!

yea Vaughn told me that you wouldn't need it, lol the relearn won't come on as long as you don't lock it with your key FOB.

and vaughn can do the relearn for you, or go to the dealership.

 

But wont the dealer ask questions and check out the cars vin and stuff?

 

i had the same thing happen about a month ago. my dealer was real cool about it.

 

"Crank Case Relearn". Code- P0315 (Crankshaft Position Variation Not Learned)

Anyone with a Tech II (such as a GM dealership) can perform this special function for you in a couple minutes. Some discretion is necessary when asking your dealership to NOT re-flash the PCM. If they re-flash the PCM, all your special tuning will be GONE!
