yeah about that...it seemed like a smart ass response to my question. I did indeed read his response wrong. unfortunately text doesn't always convey the emotion and emphasis that language carries. and if I'm not mistaken, him and I ceared that up like 4 posts later. way to not read everything, and then leave a dick comment!

also, for the record, we have all established that this product does not build boost on a supercharged car. you would have to be retarded to think so. so let's leave the "building boost" debate out when we're talking about the ss/sc, shall we? the whole point is to help with traction on a launch and cut shift times down. you put racing slicks on a car, it doesn't give you more power, but it still helps with times. figure that. what an interesting parallel. whatever, haters can hate. if you don't want it, don't buy it. it's that simple. but keep your comments to yourself. I love mine and I know other people have gotten them already and love theirs. just worry about your own ****. pretty simple.

Well, it will build boost on the 2-step launch by the nature of the engine spinning faster.

It will also help hold boost through the shift since the BOV won't have to open. But, the main difference with the supercharger is that even when the BOV opens, you don't have a huge lag to build up boost again , like you do with a turbo.

So, it will help HOLD boost through the shift, and it will build boost on the line.
