Need help identifying and locating cut wires..

Need help. Picked up a 2006 cobalt ss 2.0l Been going thru her doing a good inspection on wires, bushings, nut/bolts, etc. Came across these wires and been trying to figure out what they go to and where they might have been cut at. Car recently had clutch work done by previous owner. Wires are: Pink/black stripe Black/white stripe Yellow/black stripe All white wire All black wire Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.s. everything works fantastic on her besides no power to the radio.
