Exclamation Need help weird problem.

I have a 2007 ss/sc. Everything has been the same for about a year. The problem just started occuring and sometimes will go away for a day but rarely. When i touch the gas (not boost just normal driving) my wideband pegs lean and you can feel the car pull back and then it goes right to 14.7 how it supposed to. It does this only when i shift and go to the next gear to touch the gas. Its very annoying feeling the car pull back like that. My wideband goes to 15.7 15.9 some where in there then goes to normal a/f-14.7. I have changed nothing for about 1 year and a half. I ordered a new air filter and bought some mass airflow cleaner but i have a feeling that is not going to fix the problem because everything is fine in boost and out but only when i touch the gas for the first time in a gear switch. It will do it a little if i let off the gas and touch the gas agian in the same gear but not as bad as a gear switch. I do have hp tuners but i have not changed any tables except to make it richer in boost ( PE ) . and yet that was 1 year ago. Will anyone help me out and please respond i am not sure what to do!!!!!!!!!

I have that ordered sir, the new one will be in my thursday or friday. I am not saying that is not the problem but do you think that would cause it to just go lean right when you touch the gas? Its fine in boost and out , Its only when i touch the gas for the first second?? I have never changed it. I only have 40,000 miles.

yeah it could be starting to get clogged, that's why right when you hit the gas it takes a second to replenish

I think the fuel filter needs to be replaced at 30k miles. At least when I did, I felt the difference.
