He will have to change injectors, and also header, downpipe and exhaust. Also a new tune with a device like HPTuner.

He will blow his motor if he puts that 2.7 one there with out bigger injecter, colder plugs, and the most important the tune.So no that 2.7 will not work on a stock belt or on a stock car.

lol, theres a kid with exactly that done down here who tells all of use he beats everything he races. On top of that he put it on crooked and the belt is partially shredded. I haven't seen him in about 6 months and last I heard he blew his motor lol.

I dont know where that one guy got that you need a header but I've never heard of that one befor but mmm kay

anyway yeah parts you need for 2.7 pulley have already been listed.

colder plugs
injectors
smaller belt or tensioner
and tune not necssary to buy the whole hptuners...def not if you think it's ok to run a 2.7 pulley without supporting mods. just buy a pre tune from intense I think they sell them.

no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no.no .no.no.no.

Never buy a can tune from ANYONE. Go to a shop and get a tune. Life actually does exist outside the forums and there are shops that have tuned ECO's and will know how to tune your vehicle. Give a call around to local performance shops and find out how much it will be to tune your ride.

people have been making huge power with chip tunes since I've been into cars. intense does plenty of reasearch and testing with their tunes. as long as you're using a stock airbox which is their prefered you'd be fine.

no need for that stuff, it would help free up some extra horses but its not a necessity

IF Your using your stock intake everything. Filter, maf, piping, EVERYTHING. You will be better ALOT better off then if you have an intake. The problem is people don't listen and think they know more than everyone so they'll put an intake or an air filter, because what harm can an air filter do right? Intense does due testing, your absolutely correct, but I wont go there.

The BEST solution is to find a shop near you that has HPTuners.

I am sure that you could get away with a tune from intense, however you will see better results with a custom tune, like alpa said.

true thats why I put the stock airbox in there. I wasn't saying it's the best way to go when it comes to tunning, it's just an option for somone that doesn't know much about cars and isn't able to get to a shop with a able minded tunner and or hptunners.
picking somone tune your car is the same as picking someone to give you a tattoo.
