Need Tuning Help!!

I am not allowed to post attachements so maybe I can email them to someone on here to post them for me. I have an enormous amount of knock and my afr is wayyy off as well as my maf is not dialed in very good. Worried about my car so hoping someone on here is kind enough to walk me through making hte changes.

Chris you should have called me lol. If your going to the meet I will fix you up there, if not send me your tune and I will fix it. You got a text.

Glad I could fix it up for you . Feel free to call me whenever tomorrow if you have any more questions, as I said on the phone I should be up by 10. Watch the knock bro.

OK, I have all the knock out of it but there's a few things I still can not figure out and it's really starting to aggrivate me. I can only get 16 degrees of timing on my top end without knocking. I am having a hard time getting my ltft's withing the 5 percentile that they need to be. I am at the point where I either need someone to do it for me or walk me through it. So someone please help me out.

Are you only changing the maf values by half of what the error % is showing?

Hmm... Did you try resetting fuel trims and starting from scratch?

No, I have an idea of how to do that can you walk me through it maybe?

Quick question, besides getting the ltfts within that 5 percentile and getting the AFR where I want and eliminating knock what else should I be tuning? My MAF curve looks good so......

^^ to be honest.. i havent even gotten past that point yet.. thats kinda my question..

appearantly you can "rescale" the maf to make more power.. but i have NO idea what to do with it.

when you re-scale the maf, its not for power....per se.

its for control.

however you have to adapt the PE curve to offset for what you did to the maf for WOT control.

the maf is a great tool to adjust cruising AFR as well as tip-in control.

its picky, and MUST be done rite, or your car's power/reliability will fall on its face.
