HMM MAN.... I saw your tune and its nothing crazy, did you disconnect the battery and let the comp reset? also if you had sent your PCM in to C/A you shouldn't of had to do a case relearn, thats odd. I swapped PCM's 2x this week with a stg III PCM from GM and never had to do that and the car runs fine. I was the test car on all of the stage kits and never had what you are having happen. double check all your connections, make sure there are no air leaks on the intake (cause that what it sounds like).

I'll have to look at your tune again one day this week and see whats happening, but from what I glanced at it didn't look like anything was wrong.
but the misfire problem is what I"m worried about, the tune wouldn't do that. I hope nothing really got screwed up when you were driving around before the case relearn. Also with these PCM's you should kinda take it easy for about 50 miles or so to let the pcm "relearn" everything..

Thanks man, let me know if you see anything in the tune. And yes I actually let the car set for like an hour and a half with the battery disconnected. Also, I have the XTC intake which fits like a turd in a balloon! ( I have no idea what that means) I cant' seem to twist it and fit it where it wont' rub! It's been rubbing the PCM and the fender wall and has a few rubbed spots on the metal which are pretty deep. I can't see light thru them or anything but maybe I didn't look hard enough? Maybe I should look into a new intake? Thanks man!

its a good intake.. I hve it... just a bitch and a half to get everything lined up nice... once you get it your good... usually first coupler (from s/c) has to be about half way up on the intake piping at least.

Well I took her to the track Sunday. It was a disappointing day. I HAD NO TRACTION UNTIL 3RD!!! My best was a 13.2 @ 103 but I think the timing system was off cause every other run was 13.8s @ 103 so IDK. I need to get some decent tires and maybe some traction bars and try it again, but my bundle of joy is due in the beginning of March so the Cobalt is going on hold for a while. Anyway Thanks for the replies guys.
P.S. since the weather has warmed up here in Louisiana my CEL has gone off and the mis is almost gone!! Thanks again guys

Pretty sure you mean 14.2@103... But yeah, traction sucks... you gotta be easy on the pedal... not to mention cold weather really screws up grip. Glad to hear everything seems to be running better.

Go to the dealer, Just got one, cost 75 bucks(1hour). It happened when you put a new PCM in. Just don't drive hard one the way to the dealer.

No... he means 13.2 @ 103... if you had read... I was pretty sure that the 13.2 @ 103 was a mistake... but now I see he said it was his best.

And no... the reason you got a 13.2 @ 103 and the rest were 13.8's ALSO at 103 would be due to your launch. On your 13.2 you must have got a KILLER take off! Good time though! Keep it up! In warm weather and/or with better tires you should be in the 12's!!!

Yeah the 13.2 time slip was with a 1.6 60 ft and a 1.27 r/t which is wrong. One I had an awesome r/t prolly like .05s and it's virtually impossible to pull a 1.6 60 ft on 18" Kumho Ecsta ASX's LOL. My best besides that was a 13.8 at 103 and I just rolled out the hole with still NO Traction!! I think good tires and axles that hold up the 13.2 is possible, but not with my car as is!

So I just installed my Interceptor. It's awesome. It said I went 13.4 at 111MPH. Anyone know about the Altitude setting. I'm in LA which is pretty much 0 but do you think I need to find it out and set it? Also she says at roughly 6500+ I put out 301.1 HP and 20.3 lbs of boost. It's like 38* outside so it's a good day for boost. That HP reading has to be crank HP right? Anyway just wanted to post about it.
