need higher octane..more air...it just doesnt mix well with his setup...depends on a lot of things..those of us at sea level need to run 2 steps colder with a 2.7 with 60s..its all tuning

well im saying, say just to be on the safe side he went 2 steps colder, doesnt that mean just the plugs themself are harder to heat up in which case elminating knock?? so assuming what i just said is correct (which it may not be) cant someone like myself with a 2.2 run 2 steps colder "just to be on the safe side". i know its unecessary, im just saying isnt it possible?

2 steps it for people spraying, or past 290hp IMO.

to much for just a 2.8

this also a common equation...1 colder per 100 hp upgrade...so 205-305 1 step colder 306 and up 2 steps
