it doesnt really come with instructions. i just got done installing mine a couple days ago. i just used this site as the instructions. there are how-to's on how to do most of the install. one thing i would say is when you rotate the tensioner down. the haynes manual says to use a 15mm wrench to do it. but that just rounded it off. so i called brad "ralliartist" and what he sais worked really good. take a 14mm wrench and hammer it on. worked great. let me know if you need more help installing it!

a TON of info for our cars... tranny pulls, a 300HP engine build, stage kit instructions, you name it. good stuff. it's the best instructions you'll get!
as for the pulley, you can either get a good pulley puller/installer tool for under $100, or bring your blower to a machine shop and have em remove the old and install the new. the choice is yours

your average pulley puller will remove a pulley, but make sure it can also install the pulley as well. some can only pull while others can do both. don't rely on GM as rukkee stated, back in february i went to 2 dealerships when i wanted a GM stage 2 install done, none of em had it! they sure do a lot of stage 2's i see... not trusting the unexperienced mechanics to install it, plus i decided on waiting it off for the ottp stage 1 kit, hopefully in a month or so.
06 cobalt, as for the tensioner, it's hydraulic, it needs to be pushed down while being turned a bit toward the firewall. you're not supposed to just turn the damn thing, hence why it got stripped. you have to press down while turning. most of your physical effort will be used on the pushing, and some on the turning. it's easy as pie, and 1) doesn't require hammering, 2) is the right way to do it, 3) won't smash up perfectly good tools 4) won't ruin the head of the tensioner bolt for future useage, 5) won't require ripping the wrench off of the tensioner bolt and 6) if you needed a hammer to do it, and you snapped a belt in the middle of nowhere without a hammer, but you DID have a 15mm... the right tool for the job... you'd be fucked. that is some odd logic. K.I.S.S... keep it simple, stupid!
good luck w/ the install, it's fairly straight forward.

first take out fuel pump relay..start car and let it die.
use a press to get pully off..puller takes to damn long and too much effort ( well it did for me) it will snap really loud then install the new hub and pully. be careful when laying the blower on tables and crap so u dont mess up any sensor ports. id also put tape over the intake mani...and the blower. make sure u get the pully far enough on to line up with the rest of the pullies. pull out fuel rail..plug holes! lube up new injector orings with vasoline!!!! run wiring harness...put everything back together.. prime the car a few times for the fuel pump (after u put back in relay) then start it..check for any leaks. then drive to ur nearest highschool when they let out at 3 and spin tires for the young girls.
