Nice to know ill probably throw that in there when I need a new clutch. So far my stock clutch is holding great on 20psi. Once I get a new clutch BYT is gonna up the boost and make my tune more aggressive, but even on this conservative tune the car feels like a beast.

stu pulled a 1.7 60' on the gmpp clutch back when he went 12.7s. definitely an amazing clutch for how cheap it is.

I have ordered my swap from zzp and had a question. As far as fuel considerations I was thinking about the BRFPS. But as I read through this thread I am not sure that is the best way. Do I need to do anything to the fuel system? And if so what would be the best route? I am getting the 252et and planning on 400.

The s252 can get you to 400 and spool really fast. S256 has more head room for later mods

My tuner has tuned both the s252et and the s256et. Told me the s256et pulls great in the top end and isn't that laggy and I should've gotten that turbo. I would've if I talked to him before I bought the kit but I was concerned with lag. But even on my very conservative tune and lower boost on my s252(I asked for it while I'm still on the stock clutch) it still has some big old *****, definitely happy with the s252et. Must be zzp's favorite turbo build for a reason, so their site says.

The s256et WILL have more lag than the s252et because it's a bigger turbo. My s252et definitely lags, but it isn't too bad. If you're just looking for 400-450 I would go s252et.

If you're looking for high whp, and go s256et make sure you do some research on building the engine first. I'd hate for someone to buy a bigger turbo for the most possible horsepower just to have it pop.

Anyone know more info on the hpt tuning tables involving the a/c and idle. my cars idle acts up sometimes when the a/c is running and I'm coming to a stop. my tuner said something along the lines that hpt didn't have a file or adjustment for this. Also do we have any MAF options over stock atm? I need to do something about my MAF as far as tuning for more boost. My tuner said I could run a 3.5inch tube as a probable solution to my MAF limitations. I wish he was here cus some of the stuff he knows is so far over my head and I'm sure he would be able to explain it better lol.

how built is your bottom end? if I were to go beyond 400whp which many will say the stock bottom end can take if tuned properly, then I'd build my motor to handle at least 500whp and go with the 256et. I'm runnin an ebay 60trim turbo and with a few more pounds and some fuel mods Im hopin to hit 400whp. Id go with the 256 but that is my preference.
