Official TVS Thread!!!
Trust and believe the bitch won't be on my hood maybe leaning on her a bit lol. My car looks good she's tastefully done.
Id like to think that but sadly its a popularity contest nothing more. She's going 11s a lot of my fcotm will be track shots in hd and stuff of that nature
bluelightening needs more MEFF nozzle...
stronger meff mix will only create more knock on the nozzle your running. When increasing the alcohol mixture, you'll need to increase the nozzle as methanol has a tendency to flash off unlike it's mixed counterpart water. (AGUA DOES VERY WELL AT CONTROLLING KNOCK... SHHH..... DONT TELL ANYONE)
keep it simple... 50/50 mix, 20 psi = 10gph, 22 psi = 12 gph, 24+ psi = 14gph or greater...
these sizes will slightly vary depending on if your pump is set to 100, 150, or 200 psi. And how hard you actually decide to push the tune. If your just looking for peak hp, using a slow and low ramp to peak timing by redline will result in a smaller nozzle size needed to keep that pesky knock at bay.
The following was performed by a trained professional... and is not to be replicated. Please use common sense and eat your cheerios.
If you want to attempt to make e-85 timing, spin tires and light fires... junk the water, and substantially step up the nozzle size. Your tuner will most likely look at you kinda like this O_O.... -=O_O=-... ( . )( . )
(`_0)^ --- no
thats when you tell him... well 100% meth says it can be done... his response will be something like... well you see... he doesn't know what he's talking about and just picked up hptuners yesterday. This will remove roughly 40-50% of your Injector duty cycle... and cannot be tuned for.
highlight below for your answer
You may just wanna run e-85...
FYI... the above is tunable surprisingly, and no I do not recommend you do it

Side note when i run 11s on Fri I'm running for cotm yall better vote for a performance based car. i may throw a sexy chick on the hood too

Highlighted ain't gonna happen! Caroline don't like no Cobalts!

Well had a nice slow day at work today, so I managed to machine down my tensioner bracket to accept the over sized pulley
. 2.6 is now on the car let the fun and the 11s begin
. Belt nice and tight now was a pita to get it on lol

FYI... the above is tunable surprisingly, and no I do not recommend you do itrich knock, something you're all to familiar with, will result from a nozzle that is too large.
fuel is being pulled to avoid this.
A 3gph, 5gph, 7gph, 10gph, 14gph simply won't cut it on a 28-29 psi setup if your trying to run 25* at peak torque on 91 using 50/50, let alone a greater methanol mixture.
Brian the majority on here are running 24-25 by redline on the larger of TVS pullies. Of course a 50/50 7gph-10gph works... They're more than likely commanding 15-16* at 4500-5000
