Hey guys, I am going to pick up a TVS next month and have a few questions. I am running a 2.6 on the M62 right now with meth and i want to go down to a 2.8 or 2.7 on the TVS. What i need to know is what size meth nozzle to get for the TVS setup and if i will need a boost reference fuel pressure system or a return style system when i run that small of a pulley on the TVS. Thanks for any help.

Hang on here. U posted its a used ported head that someone else built. I cant help but figure you dont know what rockers are in it, but for sure, all my heads with original LSJ rockers dont have this issue. Only the one where I upgraded to LNF rockers. I explained my fix and pointed out that valves rotate in operation.
So to sort through what you are saying, we can only go by the information we have.

Just got my used head looks like on the exhaust side the rockers made contact with the titanium retainers
Any reason this would happen?"
post #4757: "the previous owner rotated the retainer twice thats what the 2 lines you can see are and theres a third under the rocker arm"
So to sort through what you are saying, we can only go by the information we have.

Also the springs are touching the casting on the head could this cause my problem?

If the rocker is pressing down on the retainer, it is potentially increasing lift and possibly increasing spring compression and installed diameter. This is a used head, and you are assuming they are supertech springs. So there is a lot you dont know about the history and you are stuck with what you have to deal with. I have never had an issue with LSJ springs touching in the pocket.
I have heard and seen that issue with LNF heads. Supertech came out with a different spring package for these cases. Also you dont know for sure, but it is possible for vendors to sell springs claiming to be "some brand" when they are not... and on the forum for private sellers to claim things when they are not etc etc.
The only thing you can do is measure, review and decide on the best course of action. If it was me, I would go to new springs. Also pick your vendors carefully. I dont think for a nanosecond ZZP would knowingly sell you the wrong or counterfeit parts.
Other vendors you may not be so lucky...
