If you don't care about MPG
Go find a VUE 4.41 transaxle and nab the final out of it.

Completely transforms the car

I'm on a 4.17 lsd. 24.7" tire. That's 4th gear in the graph. 3rd gear isn't in frame

I currently only hit 98-99 in 3rd with a 7750 limiter

I'll be more public about it when I have more data to back it up. It's obviously working, but I want to do some more testing. Plus its much further than the majority of people are willing to go lol

Running that gen 3, do you need to get it sleeved? Also would I still need a spacer if I swapped to a f23 trans?

What you doing about the EVAC system?

Dual -10AN fittings on the back of my cover are proving not to be enough.

Adding two -12AN to the front of the VC now

I have over 5k on this setup already

Strange things start developing post 8000 rpm

strange oil leaks from places not leaking previously

Trevor's going to be welding -12AN and (2) -12AN check valves from Racetronix to the exhaust tip @ a 45* angle.

Valve cover is developing some unwanted moisture as well, even though the oil in the pan is clean.

Ok, trying to get info together for my build. Planning to use a le5 for a block, I can use a lsj crank to make a 2.1 liter right? Was gonna run a 10:1 compression ratio

yeah tell me about the oil leaks. my car just started pissing out of the orings for the cooler now after I fixed 3 or 4 other leaks this weekend. only spinning to 8192 rpm, but she is not happy.
on my old motor though, I just ran the valve cover with 2 vents spinning to 9500rpm and didn't have any issues.
can't win em all I guess

You've been running that 2.3 for quite some time now. Do you do any sort of proactive maintenance? Replace bearings at certain intervals or anything?

How high are you revving?

he only has about 1000 miles on the 2.3 pulley. and it was recently rebuilt by zzp prior to doing the build. we'll see about longevity once the new motor is up and running.
and as of now just spinning to 8200 rpm, but once the new motor is broken in, maybe push it to 9000rpm
