I spoke to Zoomer, Turbo Tim, and Henry about it. It was the relay.
I sent them numerous threads from on here showing them the problems people were having with their original rewire kit.
Bosch (tyco) relay and Delphi fuse are now used vs. the cheap audiopipe crap they used when people were having problems.
There are people driving around with their new kit (the one I have) for almost a year now, problem free. I'm not worried, but I will keep an eye on it.

Edit: bought a new relay with no change. Turns out it blew my fuel pump relay on the fuse box end. Ditching the rewire kit.

Glad you posted this to suspect. My TYCO relay failed in 15 miles driving my car.... Jumped the relay with some wires and it got me back home.

I have 1,000 miles on my re-wire so far. No issues.
My fuel pump relay in my fuse box is pretty much brand new. Just replaced it last fall, because it started to give me issues.
Maybe yours was on it's was out.

It's very possible. I may visit it again but right now I have a sour taste in my mouth with it lol. My idcs are about 88% right now on E47. I'd like to bring it down a little more so I may put the kit back in. Keep a spare relay with me lol.

Probably 256 actually. OTTP offered me a great deal on one. And it's a really good all around turbo. But this is the wrong thread to be talking about this lol.
Blue, my opinion is your probably out of pump, not injectors. 80's flow more then people think. I see your a 2006 and have the better canister, so pick up should be fine.
We put my old Dw300 in my buddies 06 balt and that pump seems to be doing him better then when it was in our car.

So guys I'm in the market for a new header. I'm looking at ottp's long tubes and I see their are two designs, one with a merge collector.
After reading about it it seems that the collector helps draw out exhaust gasses, does anyone have any experience with these?
