Official TVS Thread!!!
Good to hear that they updated their wiring kits. We had 4 here local burn out do to small gauge wiring. Fuse melted together from the power wires being 14 gauge. Come on.
I saw Maganafuel has a nice wiring diagram for feeding that pump off the alternator. Just haven't got around to it. So far the one I made hasn't had any issues.

slowbalt and two others and I installed my whole kit on Friday. Took a lot of time due to a few snags but overall went great.
320 fits great; needed to trim the top (well, middle) cap of the canister that the pump goes into. Trimmed the little nipple off the bottom of the pump, broke the fitting out of the pump to rail feed line and shoved the hose onto the pump, secured with a hose clamp. then it fit back together snuug.
cut the regulator off the harness in the canister and shoved the return line into the canister next to the pump.
the regulator install went smooth besides needing a new oring cause we broke the first one and had major leakage lol..
only thing we didn't do was the the fuel pump rewire... not sure what wires i tie into? can anyone provide clarification? i see two harnesses exterior of the tank that are right near the hump in the trunk...
oh and also... i'm officially part of the TVS club

We got the 450 to fit with barely any trimming She is flowing a hell of a lot now. What O-ring did you guys break ? We broke the one that holds the regulator onto the fuel rail ... we had plenty to replace it with though.
I hate how the regulator sits on the end of the rail though, its soo cluttered. Did you tap into the vac line and get her dialed in ?
The fuel pump rewire is easy ... Take out the bottom of the back seat... the top (back) can stay in there.
- under the back seat on the passenger side is the wire harness you need to tap into, its all tapped up. Just peel back like 6 inches of the tape.
- Feed the rewire through the back seat from the trunk.
- The Thicker Black and Gray wires in the cars harness are the ones you need to tap into.

oh. but there were 3 wires? besides power and ground.
i already did power and ground and have it feeding through the back of the spare tire space in the trunk nice and neat.
yes, we broke the oring on the fuel rail. replaced and its good!
regulator is pretty tight, we had to cut the bracket off that holds the sensor on the coolant return line; whatever. the vac line is in, and it is all dialed in at 45-50 psi base pressure, and is rocking and rooolling!

Snapped some photos of mine when I installed it.
yeah i forgot which colors went to which color but i do know that there are 4 wires on teh stock harness after you cut the fat black and fat gray
- the black wire, coming from the front of the car, is left as a dead end and no wire gets connected to it (its a ground).
So now you have the black wire headed through the trunk on the stock harness and the gray wire coming from the font and then going to the trunk. One gets the red, yellow and black from the rewire.

Just make sure the all the power and ground wires are 10 gauge and you'll be good to go. I'd like to see how the 450 works on some TVS builds. Definitely looks like a solid pump. I'm not to confident that's Aem green will do well. The Dw300 flows more.

the rewire was the easiest part of the whole day lol
the fuel pump and tank were easy as well. The damn regulator was the biggest PIA since you cant get to anything with the blower on there.

i was running a 9.8 afr on the first pull we did on a 2.8 pulley and my idc's only hit 101%.
should of went 450 lmao
afr is at 11.5 - 11.6 gets a little rich up top (11.0) @ 7k rpms ... but its was 80* when we were doing pulls. So i kept it rich for now until it cools off a bit and ill lean her out a tad.
45 psi base here as well.

Your injectors aren't maxed out, your pump is starting too. Rewire will help some but your already gonna need a pump upgrade if you do any more mods.
Makes me sooooo happy chose the pump I did haha!!
yeah even on a low tank of gas there are no issues with pickup in the tank. Im so happy we figured out the 450 fitment cuz i had the 320 sitting here waiting to go in if we couldnt figure out the 450 lol
That's good to hear. I've got pics of a 04-05 assembly vs 06+ one. Man bjg difference. I can see why we had pick up issues and the latter years do better. Nickel size hole compared to the whole bottom of the canister lol.
