oil leak

Hey everyone today I was at the bank and when Iwas coming out some asked to see my engine so when I opened the hood I noticed a leak from the valve cover. I was wondering if this was a common problem

PS It's going to the dealership on Monday

im in florida and i noticed some oil on my valve cover as well at 3500miles when i changed the oil by the plug cover and the side of the head i am taking it to the dealer for some paint issues (**** under the paint and runs in the paint and some nasty sweral(sp) marks)

but since the oil change i wiped the seal on the cap down real good and it has not leaked since.

Ok so I droped it off this morning and got a call to pick it up and of course my great dealership stated on invoice "There are no signs of a leak anywhere on engine or trans." I have a pic but my computer sucks. So tomorrow I will go to another dealership to see if stupidity runs in my local dealerships. If anyone whats to post the pic for me i'll send it to them

leaks usually aren't "normal", you haven't asked anyone about it?
