You're having some issues if your iat2's are at 199....I drove for three weeks without an i/c pump working and I never went over 160...

This is a nub question but do you guys check your iat's with aeroforce gauge?

this is how mine is...
and i check my temps on HP tuners, but my pump aint as stronge as it should be i think. its not pumping hard enough... I THINK.
but hey mrslick how do u have your hose from the bottom of your surge tank routed over to your T fitting. i routed mine out around by my pulley. hope it dont rub!! lol

The orifice is important as it limits flow that can bypass the manifold. The bleeder line from the top of the H/E to the bottle is just coolant that is not going through the manifold. Without a restrictor, you are reducing the amount of cool coolant going through the laminova cores.

A dual pass acutally lowers IAT2 temps, I don't get why you people seem to not like them. It's cheaper than a H/E by far and doesn't just work to combat heat soak, it actually drops the temps where it matters, in the manifold.
