Option B help

Ive searched and haven't found an answer to my specific problem in past threads.

I'm looking to install option b on my car and I've seen that I need an air bleed line running from my heat exchanger to the reservoir. My problem is, my bleed location is more like a drain. On the bottom driver side of my heat exchanger there is a petcock which to me seems to be a drain instead of a bleeder. It's an AFCO front mount heat exchanger from what I can tell.

So how would I go about hooking up Option B? I'm a bit confused.

Does the AFCO replace your stock one? Because I have the ZZP FMH/E and the stock one, and my bleeder line goes to the top of my stock H/E

I ran into the same problem when I installed the option b And zzp heat exchanger on my 2.2 and I thought that I had all the air out for a couple hours until I unbolted the option b and lifted it off the bracket to make sure that it was the highest point and lowered my hose a little and I lost about half coolant that was in there so there was a huge air pocket filled up and everything has been good for couple months hope this helps
