OTTP Long Tube Header
Once again with the stupid statements. You DO NOT need a "built" motor to get benefits from a lung tube header, will you get over that.. Damn. I think my non-built N/A 2.2 ass will sit right here. Thanks.

Oh and if you want to talk ****, come to Chicago and do it to my face..
You're right, my statement wasn't any less of a dick attitude, but let me assure you, I have PLENTY of auto mechanics books around my house that can further my point. I go to JJC (a local college), and I am on my way to an associates in auto mechanics. I don't claim to know everything, but I surely won't be told off by some asshat.

a associates in auto mechanics from a community vocational school...really...
I guess my masters in mechanical engineering and over 10 turning wrenches doesnt matter when i can look at the primary lengths listed and tell you each cylinder will flow with 2.5% of each other
you can verify this mathematically if you would like
open your "books" and look up equal area flow of a fluid thru a pipe, specifically the Prandt equation
Listen, i wasnt going to get involved in this childish nonsense....BUT

Listen, if you really want to learn the stuff, go find a copy Crane's TP410, it is a technical paper about incompressible flow of fluids, much of it will be over the top equations but if you punch in the numbers you can design a lot of sweet stuff that can be easily related to cars...
dude youre a dumb **** who cant read. i never said it wont benefit. i said it wont benefit much. and if your motor were built you would benefit much more. whats the point in having those build books if you cant even read. and to josh from ott sorry for the thread jack BS
And a "nice" mid-length from Clear Image is roughly the same as this.. So, why not spend the few extra dollars?
The crate of bends should be here today guys. If I have enough time to get a whole header assembled I will post up some pics of the collector and the finished product.

purdue ME freshman here
I thought I was pretty clear that you guys would be waiting 1-1.5 weeks from the time they went on sale. Next time I will do better to get the word out. Anyways they will ship out this week as planned. As for the needing your coin, enough people haven't bought it yet to even cover r&d costs. Let alone the pieces to build 52 headers...
