Over fueling problem

Hi all, I'm having quite the issue, my clutch went in my 07 ss. So I dropped the cradle this past winter to do the repair. While it was out I got my head p&p'd, went down to a 2.7 pully and some 60's with some meth. I got the ZZP canned tune ECU just to get me on the road before I could get to the dyno. But, Now when I try to start it it turns over and wants to fire for a couple seconds then just turns over because the plugs are so fowled with fuel. I called ZZP, they did say it is possible that the ecu could have gotten flashed wrong and I could send it back to get reflashed. But I wanted to see if you guys had any opinions on what it could be first. Electrical connection problem? Anything else?

Thanks guys, I havent drove my baby in almost a year and its startin to kill me!

Well if the tune has the wrong size injectors then it could definately be over fueling. Where do you live? Have someone with HPT pull the tune and check it out. If they see something wrong work out a deal for a custom tune.

I'm in southern Alberta to my knowledge there isn't any hp tuners around here. Sounds like I'll just send the ecu back and see if that helps out. Thanks guys!

If the cams are out of time, it can have similar symptoms to that

The cams are in time. They originally werent and when I stopped cranking it it would backfire so loud it sounded like it was gunna blow the exhaust off. That's fixed and the backfire is gone

Is it possible that the machine shop that did the porting and polishing put the cams in wrong? Intake on exhaust side and exhaust on intake side?

i dont think the engine would make a complete revolution with the cams like because of the cam timing would be so far off the valves would hit the pistons

Well, I put in my 42 pounders and my gms2 PCM and the same problem is still happening. Ripped it apart to check the cam timing for the 3rd time and it's perfect. But, I found a broken ground. So I repaired it and same problem. Now, what I'm thinking cause I tried to start it with the broken ground on both pcm's. Could it have maybe fried both pcm's because of the broken ground? Or any other ideas?
