p0300

just threw that code and i know it has to do with my new plugs. i was tuned and dropped pulley sizes yesterday. i am running ngk's 2 steps colder gapped at .038, along with a 2.8 and 60's. what should i do?

it's a cylinder misfire.. i might be wrong but im pretty sure thats what it is

but its im right its is basicly a bad spark plug

i had it. random multiple cylinder misfire. for me it was water in cylinders 1,2, and 3 causing the plugs and coils to go bad. hopefully that isnt what happened to yours.

i drove through like 30 minutes of straight downpour yesterday. but i drove it 100 miles yesterday after that and then some today and right b4 i put it back in the garage the light popped on

it means one or more of your spark plugs are fucked

I wouldnt drive it at all until you check your plugs.. wouldnt want something serious to happen would you? dont risk it

i'd leave it garaged. check the plugs now. pop em in and see if it goes away. if not then maybe its time to bring it to the dealer?

alright just take them out and check them and if they look fine put them back in and try it again and see if the CEL goes off

well i cleared the code and let it sit then started it and let it run and no code so......

ur problem is the 2 step plugs...buy 1 step colder and ull be fine...happened to me and 07 ss/sc and we switched back to the stock plugs and problem went away.I would suggest buying the zex plugs..They are 1 step colder and are much better than the ngk's.
