People with ported blowers....
So what about porting the stock Eaton SC yourself? How many hours are involved in doing the intake and exhaust if you have never done it before? I have a die grinder run by compressed air plus all the bits to polish it out

i wouldn't see a big deal with it at all. it's alot safer than p&p'ing a head because there's no individual areas that would make specific cylinders get more or less air than the others.
if you haven't done any polishing before i would recommend finding a head or somehting to practice on though. personally i would send it to steig cause it's only a couple hundred bucks and you know it's going to a company who has probably done well over 1000 blowers. there's no question about them knowing their ****.
