performance mods

so i leased my ss/sc back in '07 and just recently started to mod it. i have a k&n CAI as well as a zpp stage 3 set up and a cat back exhaust system. now when i purchased my stage 3 it caused my check engine light to come one. when i took it to the dealer last week to buy out my lease, they flashed zzp's ecu. so i'm looking to do a custom tune. i'm looking at getting hptuners. wut i'm having trouble deciding is:

1. innovate or aeroforce wideband
2. zzp headers/downpipe (since i live in cali not sure if i can pass smog. anyone been able to?)

i already plan on getting the aeroforce interceptor gauge as well as the dual pass with option b from zzp. what is everyone's experience with this products, and what kind of numbers have you been able to put down with these mods?

Thanks in advance for the input!

Aeroforce is a scan gauge and has a wideband attachment that u can buy for it. Do u want one or two gauges? I would get the Aeroforce just for the other functions since u dont have it yet.

I like AEM's wideband. It is what I have anyway.

When you say the dealer flashed the zzp pcm what do you mean?

you have to tell them to leave the ecu alone. i got the dealer to pay for my tune once cause of the specific instructions i gave them, that they didnt follow

If you switched your injectors to stage 3, probably 60#, then the car wouldn't run with a stock tune. That is why I asked. Because if he has a full ZZP stage 3 kit (Injectors and pulley especially) then I do not see how his car would even run properly at all on a stock tune.

its not running entirely like it was. they had to have flashed it. my boost is restricted again back to 12.5lbs when i was running 15 after i installed the kit. i think i'm just going to have to get the car tuned. i didn't tell them not to flash it but i didn't think they had it long enough to flash it

takes like 10 mins to flash it. You might wanna find out exactly what was done. I'm assuming you have 60# injectors right? What does it sound like during idle?

This.

The engine thinks you are stock. That is bad news. Keep it parked and get a tune.
