Matt: I dont think I fall into either one of those categories, and if you think that all representatives of ZZP dont act like I have suggested, well thats your opinion, just as I have mine. But I am sure I am not the only person who doesnt fit in your categories and feels that ZZP as a whole and Zooomer in particular responds wholly inappropriately on many occasions.

Cole: So sorry man, had alot going on lately, havent been in the shop since middle of November, just refunded you your money.

How many times do we have to say that we are caught up on tech support emails? If he sent an email as he stated, then someone answered it. Why is that so difficult to understand?

You fall into group A.

ya and the problem is, if you care about the community you would think that Matt would know just how much effort and expertise Maven brings to the site.

But then I doubt any of the Matt and the other zoomer nutswingers at ZZP have Maven's credentials. If they did they would behave better. Funny thing is, there are a lot of very nice people in Grand Rapids...just let the thread die...

What is cocky about my post? Seriously, what do you find offensive about it? Zoom stated that we are caught up on tech support emails, yet people continue to act like we refuse to help the OP. I'm not sure where you are coming from.

Please find one post, anywhere, where I questioned Maven's credentials. I never have, and never will. You are trying to put words in my mouth.
On the other hand, he has questioned us, as well as called us ********. At this point, you need to take a step back and try to look at this thread without bias. If you can do that, then you will see that it's not exactly the way you currently see it. Your previously established mindset is impeding your ability to accurately view the situation.

I wouldnt say I found it insulting, I just found it interesting, not sure how to feel about it now. Doesnt matter, I am not trying to start anything or prove some point, I expressed my opinions and thats basically where I left it, and I shall again.

PS: you guys are hard as hell to reach on the telephone.

anyone with 3.42 braincells can reasonably assume that your statement is referring to how zzp has come up and smashed everyone and no one that has done anything before you matters at this point.

I was referring more to quikredline taking it as an insult.

Yes, the phone rings all day long. It's not easy to offer this level of phone support.

That's not at all how I meant it to come across. I simply supplied the relevant information. I can see how someone would think I was implying that these members don't matter anymore, but that's not at all what I meant. I was merely identifying the group.

I can understand the issues brought up by all arguments posted so far. Each one of us have are opinions. But as community, we pick our groups that we believe in (OTTP, TTR, or ZZP). As far as I am concerned each company can do what ever they want. Its their company, not yours. Each company has had its fair share of problems and succes. I may not be as knowledgeable as some of the member on this site. Research and practicality go to hand to hand. Give your opinions, but don't tell the OP he should of not bought a certian companies product. To OP, best of luck trying to slove your issue.
