I have ordered most of the parts for the 300+hp build but I need to know ALL the technical specifications for our original pistons. For you GM technicians\knowledgeable GM guys please help me out. I have gotten a hold of Diamond but they don't have a specific part# used in the build (I have an email confirming that Diamond was the maker of the piston used in the build) They want me to send in a piston to them first then they will match it and ship back what I need. This I want to avoid because if they are like other suppliers I could have a huge delay after my engine is ripped open. Please help.

I talked to Todd today at Intense and ordered my pistons. I am a happy camper. Now I just need the PCM cracked before all these parts get here

 

We sell Forged Mahle with a nice thermal coating. They are OEM bore and .020" over. They are 8.5:1 CR.
I believe they are less than 600 and include rings/pins/locks.
