Possible belt issue

Mods:
3" pulley w/stock belt
Stg2 injectors
Pacesetter header+full exhaust
Trifecta tune

Issue:
-when I gas it to enter boost at idle, on the way back to idle it will start making a really loud squeling sound, like a high pitch one, sounds like ur letting the air out of a ballon, it will do it after boost starts and keep doing it at idle until I give it gas w/out getting boost, than it will stop squeling and idle fine
-idled at a normal rpm
-was spitting a constant flame from the muffler under wot
-header glows red
-when this started I was racing a celica, my a/f was 10-10.5 a/f
-5mins before that I was enjoying 14psi just fine, w/12.1 a/f

Anyone know what it could be? Also the car is running slow, very slow...I raced my buddies blown 2.2 and he pulled me easy

Well the header turning red is obviously a major exhaust restriction, possibly the cat if you have one or the muffler is fucked.

Definitely a belt issue as well. I had the exact problem and it turned out to be slightly misaligned.

I'm going take it off and look, and im betting the cat is clogged from the flames Iwas making, and it's a air leak, when I turn the car off, of won't stop until the tjtpttle body does it thing and the boost gauge hits 0

Ok, the squel was from the manifold to sc gasket being on backwards, the black rubber burned off on one end and air was escaping when it was pressurized, which explains y after giving a little gas it went away, put the gasket back, no more problem,

Also went to a exhaust shop to get the cat cut off
A/f is now at 12.7-13.1 so some tuning will fix that
