possible wide band problem
possible wide band problem
Okay I just did the z z performance long tube header. Catless downpipe. And a z z performance 3 inch exhaust.. I put it all on and now my wide band re 10.0 at full throttle.. I was running 11.8.. I have not changed my tune.. anyone have any ideas
Wow that's wierd. You should be going leaner not richer. And thats a huge change. When I installed my long tube I went from 11.5 to 12.0. Something with the wideband would be my guess.
that would be my guess...... cuz our car stick to the command afr pretty much right...
take a rag and soak it in break clean and then wrap it around the sensor and see what it reads and the other thing to consider is now that you are moving alot more air through the engine you could be skipping cells on the maf and the pcm is over compensating i could be wrong it was just a thought

the brake clean is a good idea... I don't think the pcm uses the maf sensor at wide open throttle feeling... Someone correct me if I'm wrong.. From my understanding it was just the primary o 2 sensor mainly...
