This forum is so full of rumors and bullshit, it makes me sick. Can you guys not just wait until the damn kit is released. If you havn't noticed yet, everytime someone goes through with some "new information" it always turns out to be bullshit. Why do you continue to ask these questions knowing that there is no one around here that can give you a straight answer. GM said the kit will be out in the first 1/4. So that means you have to wait until April 1 until you can start complaining. As for the price, save your pennies cause you know it isn't going to be cheap.

alpha, the p/n u posted was for the 2.4 s/c kit. it has been out forever but like with everything else it was delayed b gm for about 2 years before being released. the p/n for the 22 eco s/c is 17800003. if u plug it in on gmpartsdirect it will come up but as stated if u order it u will get a refund.

if i was to guesstimate i would say they have $3-4 million invested in the stage 1-2 kits alone...staying on a VERY conservative level

remember this is happening on a nationwide scale and has warranty issues and they are subject to alot more regulations than backyard bob making his $200 stage kit

try 5 dollars hhahaha train AUTO TECHS TO INSTALL INJECTORS AND A PULLEY GIMME A BREAK

3-4 million... your retarded huh?

Not that simple especially to maintain warranty like we are all hoping. They had to tes multiple configurations of pulley size, injector size, and fuel maps to get the longest life of the engine possible to still offer a waranty. This could have been many a blown engine or supercharger and what not. Not to mention getting then emissions legal.
