hey iam tell u guys what my cars doing maybe you can him me out with the promblem, ill be in first gear and i take off and when i go to shift into second lets say at like 3000-4000 rpms when i let go of the throttle the rpms wont drop from like 3000-4000 and its the same thing threw everygear and if iam gettting to a light and iam going like 40 and i put the car into n* n let it roll the rpms go up to like 4000 by themselfs n when i stop they go down slowly????? and i got my check engine light on?? oh and sometimes it idles like at 1500 and then some times it doesnt

 

sounds like throtle body is ditry....remove it and clean it but be careful not to bend the plate....too much gunk goin into it can cause issued like this it happened to me and i cleaned it out then problem sloved! hope that helps......

 

While your at it check all of your vac lines.

 

yhea like he said check for vac leaks or it may be an iac prob go to autozone and get that code checked then we will go from there

 

If your check engine light is on go get the code checked. Then we will help you.

 

Cleaned it out but nothing and went to autozone n it threw a code about throttle body position sensor or something like that

 

Make sure the throttle body sensor isn't lose. That's a common problem.

Other than that you will need to take it to the dealer. Might be a bad sensor.
