pulley swap ?'s/problem!
Ok so i'm swaping down to my 2.9? pulley. first of all how do I break the bolts lose? everytime i go to turn the bolts the pulley just turns, belt and all. 2nd of all my tensioner is rounded off extremely bad so how am i supposed to get my belt off and back on? these tensioners are a ****** joke! please anyone answer quickly as i'm trying to do it right now.
with the bolts make sure the sc is warm so the bolts arent tough to get off, if it keeps turning you will need to do two bolts at once. and ect. With the belt use a screw driver along with a towell or rag and pry on the tensioner pulley down if the brackets rounded off!!

**** my life. so as you of course already know lol. Some people were walking by as I'm doing this, i already got 1 bolt broke lose and someone waved and i waved back with the ratchet in my hand and threw the are the bit goes. flying threw the air lands in the engine bay somewhere and it's absolutely no where to be found. looked for almost 2 hours with a flashlight and magnet. i gave up just gonna hope the one bolt that i broke lose stays in and i guess take the sc off sometime and drill out the bolts and put the new pulley on that way. so james looks like u won't be tuning for the 2.9 anymore. just everything else. fml!

Stick a pry bar or large extension at the base of the top engine mount. Line up the pry bar or large extension over the tensioner pulley and push down and grab belt off the supercharger pulley. Or you can bang a 9/16" wrench on the tensioners poor excuse for a nub. It'll be nice and tight and shouldnt slip off but a couple of times doing that and it won't work, ask me why. The best way is using the pry bar or large extension method. Takes me not even a minute too get the belt off.
