Weapon R requires a custom fit I believe. It is longer than the stock downpipe. Just get a flange and any muffler shop can cut the cat-back and weld the flange on to make it fit.

The problem with that is i would like the ability to go back to stock...

oh yeah, and catless, very few muffler shops will work on it around here.

Well I am going with a custom ported GM Manifold, and ZZP 3" to 2.5" downpipe with highflow cat, and custom 2.5" exhaust with Magnaflow Race Series Muffler.

My previous dyno was 241 and 213 wtq from a dynojet, I hope to go back here in the next week or so after I get the mani and downpipe and see what the increase is! I'll post up post exhaust numbers once I go!

but from what i understand you lose power from going from a 3" D/P to a 2.5" cat back exhaust...? are you talking about a ported intake manifold? so your dyno number are before the full exhaust? thanks man.
