Random knock due to plug?

Random knock due to plug?
been running some step 1 colder autolite copper plugs gapped at .035.
Boosting 22 psi
Even if temps are within reason, idc's are not maxed, fuel within reason w/ spark. I still manage to randomly knock on these plugs.
I even ran a 90/10 meth mix to see if that would solve the issue, and to my surprise newp....
Should I go w/ a two step colder copper or iridium plug?
